CareerXroads has spent over 30 years connecting the talent acquisition community. This award is an extension of that mission: surfacing the work that moves the industry forward and giving the people behind it the recognition they deserve.
Whether you used ChatGPT to streamline your intake process or built a multi-step AI workflow that cut time-to-slate in half, we want to see it. The CXR community is the most senior, most collaborative TA network in the industry, and this is your chance to contribute to it in a very visible way.
Open to everyone.
You do not need to be a CXR member to submit or win. Any TA practitioner at any company is eligible. Full stop.
